Personally i found that Why science Project Website:- http://whyscience.co.uk is the web site run by Alom Shaha (A great physics Teacher in my opinion) in UK trying hard to explain the necessity and understanding the science rather its need for just passing the exams. This is also a so good documentary done by Alom Shaha.
